Handmade items are crafted with stainless steel hardware, unless otherwise noted. Pieces made with 925 Sterling Silver or Gold will be clearly indicated in the description. Refer to the care guide to maintain each piece.

For customers with skin sensitivities, we recommend shopping from our Gold & Silver collection, which features hypoallergenic and water-resistant materials.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Custom and handmade orders may take longer to ship.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $25 within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Final sale and handmade items cannot be returned. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a return.

Do you offer a warranty?

Things can break! That's why we offer a 6-month warranty on custom/handmade items for any damages. If you experience an issue with your custom piece, please email us at rinustudioteam@gmail.com with your order number to start a claim. Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
